ADVERTISER AGREEMENT
Welcome to Dale’s Jet Sports Classified. By using the service on Dale’s Jet Sports Classified, you are agreeing to the following terms as well as Terms of Use as posted.
Before you may become an advertising user of Dale’s Jet Sports Classified, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this User Agreement, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
USING DALE’S JET SPORTS CLASSIFIED
While using this Site, you will not:
- post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the Site; violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies;
- use the Site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporally or indefinitely suspended from the Site;
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous content (including personal information);
- distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Dale’s Jet Sports, or the interest or property of the users of Dale’s Jet Sports;
- copy, modify or distribute content from the Site and Dale’s Jet Sports copyrights and trademarks; or
- harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without our consent.
ABUSING DALE’S JET SPORTS CLASSIFIED
Dale’s Jet Sports and our Webmaster work together to keep the Site working properly and Community safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy violations to us.
Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate out service and user password, prohibit access to our Classified site, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site, if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed users.
DALE’S JET SPORTS CLASSIFIED SERVICE
Dale’s Jet Sports offer the service for user to supply ad containing information about their goods for sale, and is not supplied by Dale’s Jet Sports. This service is free. The price and other terms of any advertising remain subject to direct negotiation between user and the interested party.
Interested party must contact user with contact information provided by user.
Dale’s Jet Sports reserves the right to deny use of the Site to anyone who does not comply with the requirements or who otherwise uses our Site in a manner we consider in appropriate.
Responsibility for the information contented in listings lies with each user. You alone are responsible for the material you post and for the content. We require that the information you supply be accurate and that, in all respects, you treat the interested party to the Site fairly and honorably.
We reserve the rights to reject any ad copy. All ads are subject in all respects to our current rules and regulations and currant demands up on advertising space. We reserve the right to edit, reclassify, revise, or cancel any advertisement at anytime. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of the agreement.
We do not knowingly accept advertising that discriminates or intends to discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap of familial status.
ACCESS AND INTERFERENCE
Much of the information on the Site is updated on a real-time basis. You will agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our prior, express written permission.
- take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
- copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the Sites without the prior express written permission of Dale’s Jet Sports as applicable.
- Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or
- Bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or rent your personal information to the other interested parties for marketing purposes with your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in Dale’s Jet Sports Privacy Policy. We view protection of user’s privacy as a very important Community principle.
